Sales & Marketing Team Leader - Broome & Derby
Andrew has lived in Broome since he was 9 months old and began his real estate career in 2012 as Director of First Impressions with LJ Hooker Broome. There he gained invaluable knowledge in a wide variety of real estate practices and subsequently joined Ray White Broome in 2014. He has since gained further knowledge and obtained his licence to become a qualified sales representative.
He now provides primary administrative support to Ray White Broome’s award winning sales team, as well as overseeing the running of the sales departments for both the Broome & Derby office, including guidance and training to all sales staff.
With specialist skills in office administration and customer service, Andrew excels in building and maintaining great working relationships with both colleagues and clients. Andrew has honed his marketing skills and with his meticulous manner and keen eye for detail he injects a creative flair into every property campaign we undertake. He sets a new standard in administrative excellence by approaching his work with maturity and applying a high standard of integrity.

"When I get down time I love to spend time with those closest to me. Eating out with friends, chatting and catching up".

"My dad once said to me when I was very young "Presentation is everything" - it has stuck with me all these years and I now apply it to everything I do".
What do you most like about your work?
"I love coming to work every day and being challenged and making sure there is a successful outcome for all situations. There's nothing more rewarding than helping people with something that can be a very daunting decision. Also I love coming to work every day and seeing the team - we really are lucky to have all the great people that work in our office".
