Joely Dep was born and bred in Broome and began her Real Estate career with Ray White Broome in 2013 as Director of First Impressions.
It quickly became apparent she was destined for bigger and better things and in a short space of time was promoted to Assistant Property Manager.
Exceeding the company’s expectations and continuing to provide outstanding customer service, Joely became a qualified Property Manager in May 2014. Her ability to build relationships, listen and understand her customers’ needs are traits many landlords found refreshingly different.
Clare Cowen was Ray White Broome's number on Elite Sales Consultant and also happens to be Joely's mum, so when the position of Executive Assistant to Clare Cowen became available it again seemed a natural progression for Joely. Ray White Broome's first 'Dynamic Duo' set new records in sales team success stories and it wasn't until Clare's retirement in 2018 that Joely assumed her new position of Sales & Marketing Team Leader.
It was while Joely was the Sales Team Leader that she lead the very successful Sales team through new processes and procedures which has produced great results for the team and becoming the number 1 selling agency in Broome.
Joely thoroughly enjoyed this role however missed the interaction with sellers and buyers which has lead her back to Executive Assistant. Giles Tipping and Joely have now joined forces, with the exceptional sales experience there is no doubt that Joely & Giles will be able to provide amazing services to current and new clients.
