Introducing Kym Cottone, 

Kym commenced her career in the property and real estate industry in 2002 and brings more than two decades of experience across a broad range of property, building, and real estate sectors. This well-rounded background has given her a strong understanding of the full property lifecycle and enables her to lead with confidence, practical insight, and a solutions-focused mindset.

As PM Team Leader, Kym is known for her hands-on, approachable leadership style and clear, straightforward communication. She is passionate about supporting and developing her team, maintaining strong systems and compliance, and consistently delivering high standards of service.

Kym prides herself on building genuine, long-term relationships with both landlords and tenants and is committed to creating smooth, transparent, and stress-free property management experiences.

  Outside of work, Kym enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is a proud self-confessed “dance mum,” supporting her daughter as she trains at an elite level in dance and performance. When she’s not at dance classes, you’ll find her enjoying a great meal and beverage with loved ones, relaxing at the beach, or unwinding at home with her family, three French Bulldogs and a hairless cat. She has a soft spot for “odd-looking” animals. 

Who would you most like to have dinner with and why? Would love to fast-forward time for a few hours and share dinner with my daughter as an adult to see the person she has grown into.
