Property Management Assistant
Marion Gruchet came to Australia from France in 2012 originally as a certified Wedding Coordinator and a hospitality skilled professional.
After travelling throughout Australia, she discovered Broome in 2015 and fell in love with the community and the beautiful landscape.
She was hired as a Team Leader at Kimberley Sands Resort and soon became the Food & Beverage Manager, where she thoroughly enjoyed connecting with customers and suppliers on a daily basis. She developed aptitudes over the years she believes to be essential life skills that have given her the tools to re-invent herself in a real estate career.
The real estate industry has always been fascinating to Marion, and she finally took the leap in 2020 to join what she considers to be the most premium agency in Broome. Organised, dedicated and caring, she hopes to learn from the best and to become a great asset to the team.
Being driven and ambitious, she aspires to someday be managing her own portfolio.
If you were a world leader what would you change? I would have strong gun control laws around the world, free education and childcare for everyone and free healthcare. Some countries already do it...
If a genie gave you a wish what would you wish for?The power to transplant myself anywhere in the world in the blink of an eye. Morning croissants in Paris, lunch in Japan, dinner in Florence...get the idea?
Best advice anyone has given you?Enjoy the present, never have regrets and do not let life pass you by. Happiness is found everyday in all the little things. Learn to enjoy it.
Your life would be meaningless without... Chocolate, obviously. John, Ellie and the dogs are not too bad either.
Who would you most like to have dinner with and why?Gordon Ramsay, I would love to boss him around my kitchen!
What do you most like to do to unwind? It’s a tight between a sunset gin & tonic and an afternoon by the pool with a good book (ok magasine, you got me!).
What do you most like about your work? I work with caring, fun, talented and dedicated people. What’s not to like? Also morning teas and social lunches are a plus :)
