Naomi Scarlett

Ray White Broome is excited to have Naomi back on board with our team!

Naomi grew up in Mandurah and started her Realestate career there in 2007 at the age of 19. At 21 she came to Broome for a holiday but fell in love with the community and lifestyle and met her now husband Dylan. In 2019 Naomi and Dylan married at Gnarangannie House on Gantheume Point and a year later welcomed their beautiful daughter Layla the following year and recently completed their family with the birth of another gorgeous girl, Indie. 

In 2014 Naomi joined the Ray White Broome team working alongside Tony Hart & Clare Cowen in a sales support role. A few years later she took the leap and excelled as a Sales Consultant for several years until taking a step back to start her family. 

Working across a myriad of roles in the industry, Naomi completed her Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) in 2016 and re-joins the team Returning to Ray White Broome as Sales Administration and Marketing Coordinator.  Her aspirations are to ensure the best support for her team as well as creating growth through innovative marketing ideas.

What do you most like to do to unwind? 
Sit on the beach with a nice gin or prosecco. 

What do you most like about your work? 
I love that the Realestate industry allows you to get out of it what you put in. There is no glass ceiling, the opportunities and rewards for hard work are endless. I also love the energetic personalities that a Sales environment attracts, we all feed off each other which means new ideas are always flowing. Never a dull moment! 

Who would you most like to have dinner with and why? 
My husband! He is a great date and a great cook.
