We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of three businesses across four offices. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Board, this is a key leadership position responsible for driving growth, upholding company culture, and ensuring the smooth, professional running of our offices in Perth (Subiaco), Broome, Derby, and Port Hedland. This role is about more than operational oversight – it’s about strategic leadership, building high-performing teams, and continually improving systems, culture, and results.
You’ll be supported daily by the Managing Director and monthly by our High Performance Business Coach, while leading a team of Office Supervisors and Team Leaders across Property Management, Sales, and Administration.
