Sales Team Leader

Ray White Broome & Derby & Port Hedland is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our passionate team on a part-time basis. As the Sales Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring our Sales Departments across multiple locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong real estate sales knowledge and exceptional leadership skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing day-to-day training, support, and advice to all Sales Departments. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess a deep understanding of real estate sales. Collaboration with the Office Manager, Managing Director, and Board will be essential for the efficient functioning of all offices.

Experienced Property Manager

We are now seeking a registered Property Manager to join the team and we offer flexible working arrangements including a mix of ‘working in the office’ and ‘working from home’ arrangements. You will be responsible for monitoring arrears, rent reviews, management agreement renewals, and ensuring maintenance is dealt with in a timely manner. Whilst dedicated on the ground support conducts routine inspections and PCR’s. We understand that Property Management goes above managing properties, it’s promoting understanding and facilitating communication. We get to know our tenants and landlords, understand their needs and interests, and use creative problem-solving to enable all parties to reach an agreement.

You will be a valued team member managing a portfolio of properties and be supported by your own full-time Kimberley-based assistant and a shared part-time Virtual Assistant. Importantly, you will also be supported by our full-time PM Team Leader who is based in the Subiaco office with you.
