We will be hosting an Auction of 22 lots on the 23rd of April, held in the Durack Room at The Mangrove Hotel. Doors will open at 5pm, with the auction kicking off at 6pm sharp. This allows time to have a chat with us to discuss any questions you may have prior to bidding.

Please note, we will accept bids subject to finance approval as usual. However, we do require a finance pre-approval or letter from your bank or broker prior to the auction.

Following the auction, Roebuck Developments will be hosting a community event with drinks and nibbles provided, along with the opportunity to speak with a range of local builders who will be available to assist with any questions.
